B1676 Code on My Ford - What's the Fix? |

Hey, guys. I’m getting the B1676 code on my Ford Focus, and I’ve no clue what it means. It’s been showing up on my OBD reader, and I’m getting all sorts of electrical weirdness with the battery light coming on randomly. Anyone else deal with this before? Could it be the battery itself or something else? It’s driving me nuts. Any suggestions would be super appreciated!

Best Mufflers to Improve the Ford Explorer’s Exhaust Sound |

If you're trying to give your Ford Explorer a bit more growl, changing out the stock mufflers is a solid move. I’ve seen a lot of owners go with Flowmaster or MagnaFlow to get that deeper, more aggressive sound. Both brands are known for making a huge difference in the exhaust tone without going too overboard. I’ve heard that Flowmaster tends to give you that classic, muscle car rumble, while MagnaFlow delivers a smoother, deeper note that’s still pretty impressive.
I’m currently running a MagnaFlow muffler on my 2021 Explorer with the 3.0L EcoBoost, and it’s just the right mix of loud enough to turn heads without annoying the neighbors. The sound is nice and deep but doesn’t drone on the highway. Anyone here have a different setup, maybe something a little more budget-friendly? I’ve heard Borla’s pretty good too, but I’ve never tried it. Share your experiences – whether you're after a performance boost or just want to make your Explorer sound meaner, we’d love to hear what’s working for you!

What’s the Best Type of Wipers for a Ford Explorer in Heavy Rain? |

For those of us who live in areas with constant rain or get hit by those surprise downpours, having the right set of wipers on your Ford Explorer can make all the difference. I’ve been running Bosch ICON wipers on my 2020 Explorer for a while now, and honestly, they’ve been fantastic. No streaking, no skipping, even in the heaviest rainstorms. They seem to last longer than the cheaper options, too, which is a big plus. I’ve also heard great things about Rain-X Latitude wipers – apparently, they have some kind of water-repellent coating that helps keep your windshield clearer.
Anyone else have experience with these, or maybe some other brands you swear by? I’d love to know what’s working for you, especially if you’ve been through some serious weather conditions. Let’s share the best options so we can all avoid those annoying streaky windshields when it’s coming down hard. What about the cheaper wipers – are they worth the savings, or do they fall apart after a few months?

Alright, gas prices suck, and I need to do something about it. Anyone know the best mods to boost the Explorer’s gas mileage? I’ve heard a cold-air intake can help, but is it worth the cost? Any other cheap mods that make a difference?
