How to fix an oil cooler leak in a Ford Fusion?

So my Fusion’s started leaking oil from the cooler, and the mechanic wants an arm and a leg to fix it. Anyone tackled this repair on their own? Wondering if it’s a DIY-friendly job or better left to the pros.
