Which is better for off-roading: 4H or 4L in a Ford Bronco?

For those of you who take your Ford Broncos off-roading, which mode do you find works better—4H or 4L? I know it depends on the terrain, but I’ve been tackling some pretty rocky trails lately and wasn’t sure which setting would give me the best control. Does 4L offer better performance on steep climbs or tougher terrain, or is 4H enough for most situations? I’d love to hear your experiences, especially from those with newer Broncos!
