Pathfinder AT Tire Review for Bronco Owners
#1
So, I recently swapped out my old tires for a set of Pathfinder ATs on my Bronco, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed so far. I’ve only put a few hundred miles on them, but here’s what I’ve noticed right out of the gate: they’re super quiet on the road, which I wasn’t expecting from an all-terrain tire. The road noise is minimal, even at highway speeds, and that’s a big win for me because I do a lot of daily driving in my Bronco. They also grip surprisingly well in wet conditions, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past with other AT tires.

Now, I haven’t had the chance to really push them on any hardcore off-roading yet, but from what I’ve experienced on dirt trails and light mud, they’ve handled great. The tread pattern looks like it’s designed for a balance between on- and off-road use, and so far, it’s living up to that. They dig in just enough when you need traction on loose surfaces but still roll smoothly on pavement without feeling too aggressive.

One thing I’m curious about is how they hold up over time. I’ve read mixed reviews—some people say they last a good while, while others mention they wear out quicker than expected, especially if you do a lot of off-roading. I’m hoping they’ll strike a good balance because I want something that won’t need replacing too soon, especially for the price point.

My main concern is longevity. I know AT tires can wear unevenly if you’re not careful with rotations and alignments, so I’m keeping a close eye on that. I’m also wondering how these will perform in snow or icy conditions, given that winter is just around the corner. Anyone else running Pathfinder ATs on their Bronco? How do they perform after a few thousand miles, especially in tougher conditions? Any tips to extend their life?

Overall, I’m happy with them so far, but I’d love to hear from someone with more miles under their belt on these tires. For now, they seem like a solid option for someone who needs a versatile tire that can handle both daily driving and occasional off-roading, but I’ll reserve full judgment until I’ve had them a bit longer. Anyone else have experiences to share?
