Hey guys, I got the P1151 code on my 1999 Ford Ranger (Oxygen Sensor Indicates Lean). The truck’s been running a little rough and I can feel some hesitation. I know it’s probably the O2 sensor, but could it be something else like a vacuum leak or fuel pressure issue? What’s the best way to troubleshoot this before replacing the sensor?
