Is it safe to switch between 4H and 4L while driving a Ford Bronco?

Hey Bronco owners, I’ve got a question—how safe is it to switch between 4H and 4L while driving? Do I need to be at a complete stop before making the switch, or can I change modes on the go? I’ve read some conflicting info online, and I don’t want to mess up my drivetrain. I’m driving a '22 Bronco and don’t want to risk any damage just because I made the switch at the wrong time. Anyone have experience with this or know the proper way to do it?
