Alright, off-roaders, I need some advice! I’m planning some light off-roading in my Ford Escape, but I’m thinking I need a skid plate before I venture too far. Has anyone done a DIY skid plate? What material did you use, and how tough was the install? I don’t want to drop a ton of cash if I can build one myself. Any tips would be appreciated!
