Hey everyone, my 2015 Ford Explorer is throwing both P2196 and P2198 codes. They’re saying the O2 sensor signals are biased rich in both banks. I’m getting terrible gas mileage, and it smells like it’s running rich. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve already replaced the air filter, so I’m wondering if it could be something with the fuel system or maybe a vacuum leak. Any ideas on what I should check next? Thanks in advance!
