So I’ve got a 2015 F-150 and this P2019 code just showed up on my scanner—something about an intake manifold runner control stuck closed? I don’t even know what that means. 
The truck feels a bit sluggish, especially at lower RPMs. Anyone else run into this with their F-150? I’m trying to figure out if I can fix it myself or if it’s a trip to the shop.
